From March - August 2023, you can access Brancher’s industry leading mentoring platform and receive 1:1 mentoring - for free!
The catch? If you can be both a mentee and a mentor, please sign up as both. Brancher is giving back to the HR community by offering this program at no cost, and we hope you can pay it forward as well.
Time commitment? ∼2 hours per month for 6 months (1 hour to meet, 1 hour to do prep/follow up/attend our virtual webinars!).

Brancher’s science-based mentoring algorithm will recommend some mentors for you, based on your skills, goals, values and more. You will then have the opportunity to request a mentor, who is the best fit for you. Your relationship is then kicked off and we encourage you to meet monthly for six sessions.
More than just an introduction, Brancher will support you to get the most from the relationship via interactive bite-sized training modules, practical resources, goal setting support and smart nudges.

In addition to your 1:1 mentoring, you’ll also have the opportunity to attend live webinars, hosted by industry experts. Topics include personal branding, mastering your craft, finding your voice, #winning with finances, and tricks to negotiation.
